Captain Charlie gives credit to his Mother and Father for turning him into such an avid fisherman at the age of 3.  He has pursued fresh and saltwater fish around the United States and abroad. 

His fishing career has taken him in many directions from work as a fisheries assistant and research diver for the University of Washington to guest hosting various fishing shows on television.  Charlie currently is one of the Pro GuideStaff on the nationaly televised program SOUTHWEST FLORIDA OUTDOORS that airs on Fox Sports Net. He admits that working, as a guide is his calling because he loves to see his guests catch fish.
